Sales Procedure

Once a product is ordered and notification of payment received via PayPal or on receipt of a cheque, a confirmation email will be sent to the person placing the order detailing the product and quantity ordered. The email will also give an indication of when the products will be posted.

Most orders are fulfilled and posted First Class within 48 or 72 hours depending on which day of the week it is received and whether or not it coincides with Bank Holidays etc.

The product(s) are sent in a double sealed, padded envelope together with an invoice paid receipt. This contains the contact details above together with a contact address*.

* This address is not shown on the website due to the alarming amount of ‘junk’ mail it attracts.
