For your safety and convenience secure ordering through PayPal has been set up as a means for payment of goods.

PayPal accepts all major credit cards and by following the instructions from the shopping basket screen, payment can easily be achieved.

Longer Health has no access to your credit card details.

Returns Policy

The returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, please return any bottles for a full refund. It is your responsibility for ensuring that returned goods are received in their original condition with all seals intact.

Post and packaging for returned goods are your responsibility.

Deliveries

We will endeavour to despatch goods by First Class Post using the Post Office within 48 hours of notification of payment clearance by PayPal. There may be delays however during weekends and public holidays and any postal problems experienced by the Post Office.

Deliveries outside the UK and Channel Islands

Customers living outside the UK and Channel Islands but within the European Union (EU) will need to add GBP1.00 to Postage and Packaging costs to those indicated. For all other delivery costs please contact Ian by email at istorey@btopenworld.com.
