Secure ordering through PayPal

For your safety and convenience secure ordering through PayPal has been set up as a means for payment of goods.

PayPal accepts all major credit cards and by following the instructions from the shopping basket screen, payment can easily be achieved.

Longer Health has no access to your credit card details.

Should you wish to apply for a PayPal account please click here, the process is straight forward and takes a few minutes to process.

Cheque Payments

Payments by cheque are accepted but delivery may be delayed while funds are allowed to clear. Please contact Ian by email at istorey@btopenworld.com to receive postal details. Cheque's should be made payable to Ian Storey.

Larger Quantities

For quantities larger than that shown on the web pages please contact us by email  on istorey@btopenworld.com for a quoted price or deal.

Returns Policy

The returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us by email at istorey@btopenworld.com.

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, please return any bottles and their contents for a full refund, a brief reason for the return would be appreciated. It is your responsibility for ensuring that returned goods are received in their original condition with all seals intact where possible.

Post and packaging for returned goods are your responsibility.

Deliveries

We will endeavour to despatch goods by First Class Post using the Post Office within 48 hours of notification of payment clearance by PayPal. There may be delays however during weekends and public holidays and any postal problems experienced by the Post Office.

If you have not received confirmation of your order within 72 hours or if you have not received the capsules within 5 working days of the confirmation of your order, please contact us by email at istorey@btopenworld.com.

Deliveries within the European Union (including Switzerland) are restricted to a maximum quantity of 4 bottles per order at the stated web price. For quantities in excess of  this  a supplement of 50p per bottle is required. Please contact Ian at istorey@btopenworld.com for advice regarding postage costs for larger quantities and countries outside of the EU.

Privacy

All customer information is strictly for our own use in connection with your order, future orders or notification of any new products . Your details will not be sold, loaned out or otherwise disclosed for any purpose whatsoever.

Environmental Responsibility

Longer Health undertakes to be environmentally responsible in it’s attitude toward the use of materials and their disposal. Every effort will be made to re-use packaging materials together with due diligence when disposing of the same in a safe manner, re-cycling where possible.
